1.Basic introduction

SNB  light curtain series, sensor section size is 53 ×35,structure compact,beautiful outlook,mainly be used in small stamping equipment, shearing equipment, machinery processing equipment, the injection molding machinery and paper cutting machinery, woodworking machinery, three-dimensional garage, and other dangerous area's protection.

 3.Working principle

The protector consists of light curtain,signal cables,controller and control cables.The light curtain can form infrard light curtain,detect the signal of passing or intercepting,and send the signal to control box that also supplies power to the light curtain.The control box processes the signal and outputs the closed or opened signal used safety relay,and then connects the control trip circuit of the press by control cable or other protective equipment to protect the worker.

(1)Characteristic:The installation and adjustment are convenient,the wiring is simple, structure compact, the   contour is artistic.

(3)Standard configuration:
Emitter/1,Receiver/1,N type controller/1,Signal cable 3m/1 root, 5m/1 root ,Installation fittings/1 set;
It is allowed to choose W type controller,at this time ,signal cables are 2.5m/1 root,4.5m/1 root.

(4)Controller:
N type, inside installation,control 1 set light curtain,the power

source is AC220V/110V(terminals) or DC24V; W type, outside installation,control 1 set light curtain,the power source is AC220V/110V(switch conversion) or DC24V; controller cable is equipped with standard length: N type 1.0m ,W type 2.5m
(5)It can provide NPN ,PNP output, at this time, we should guarantee the follow-up control circuit correspond to safety requirements and provide DC24V power source.

If the power source need to be DC24V,the special explanation should be made on order.
If the length of signal and controller cables need to lengthen,the special explanation should be made on order;
